Candria Rauser, Senior Consultant
Candria is passionate about helping others unlock their full potential, believing that success is all about learning, growing, and building meaningful relationships. With multiple degrees and credentials, she exemplifies a lifelong learner. Candria has shared her expertise as an instructor at South Puget Sound Community College and as a repeat guest speaker at Evergreen State College and Saint Martin’s University. She has led fun, engaging workshops and training sessions. As a Project Management Professional, Candria thrives on building strong, connected teams using tools like Clifton Strengths and Everything DiSC. She designs team-building events that are as enjoyable as they are impactful. With a love for teaching and coaching, she’s spent 26 years with the State of Washington, perfecting her skills in project management and leadership. She now shares her expertise as Principal Owner at Collaborative Synergy Consulting and a Senior Consultant at the Bright Side Group.
