We also offer consulting and coaching, focusing on supporting teams with project management, process improvement, change management, and facilitation. This combination of services is key to providing well-rounded support for our clientele. At the end of the day, even with the best tools, you still need to focus on the people.

Meet the Founder: Noemi LaChapelle
Our founder Noemi LaChapelle has a knack for simplifying these complex modules and tools into a format that allows them to become easy to learn and apply. She has spent her career diving deep into Lean Six Sigma tools, change management methodologies, and project management strategies. There may be a lot of folks doing this work, but we get rid of the mystery and fear and provide you with simplified, easy-to-learn-and-apply tools. Noemi spent her career experimenting with new tools and strategies, making an oopsie here and there along the way so that you don’t have to!
Noemi has been leading projects and supporting change efforts for over a decade, a certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt herself, as well as being certified in Prosci Change Management and Project Management. We’re on a mission to share her learnings with you to take the guesswork out of project management so you can get back to the important things - completing exciting projects and maximizing your efficiency!
